Creative Marketing Lead

After a career and life pivot to Washington D.C., I became the Creative Marketing Lead at Tria Federal, a recently-formed-from-3-legacy companies, middle-market IT and Advisory services provider delivering digital transformation solutions to Health, Civilian, and Defense agencies across the federal sector.

In this role, I created pivotal marketing content such as brand-centric photography, high-quality audio, videography and static multimedia assets that supports Tria’s storytelling narratives and editorial calendar, which elevated the Tria brand across web, social, marketing materials, and company swag. Alongside this, the majority of my workload was spent producing the physical signage creative, and planning and establishing the visual logistics for company events including virtual town halls, company social mixers, and industry networking functions.

I also provided direction and support for other core Marketing & Communications department priorities, such as SEO optimization, digital analytics observation and operations, web design, employee retention and engagement, event coverage and follow-up, and social media activity management.
